May the 4th Be With You – 30 Before 30 Update

It seemed an appropriate day to update and say I have now crossed off number 16 on my 30 Before 30 list – I’ve finally watched all six star wars films!

I’ve also set up my own online cupcake shop www.tastyorgeous.biz, sold something I’ve made, passed my hygiene certificates and got new meds for my crohns (which seem to be working!).

I’ve also got plans for getting braces (off to the orthodontist in a few weeks – eek!), getting my make-up done (appointment made for 24th May!), learning photography at a local college and taking burlesque classes with a local group later in the year. Things are progressing well this year but I feel my blogging has lapsed so I’m adding number 31 to the list and keep on top of blogging is my extra goal :)

In other news: On Sunday I am off to Rutland Water to do a sponsored walk to raise funds for Crohn’s and Colitis UK and if you would like to sponsor me, I have a justgiving page at www.justgiving.com/Liz-Randell – they are a charity who have really helped me and so many people after their diagnosis of an IBD. I’m soooooo hoping it’s just not tipping it down after all this wet weather!

Do you like cake?
I have a new shop, Tasty Gorgeous Cakes and Bakes. Offered are cupcakes, cake pops, biscuits and other yummy treats which can be delivered UK wide. This week I made corporate cupcakes for an Anglian Water and WIN event. Here are some examples of cakes so far:
chocolate cupcake with butterfly
easter egg cupcakes
strawberry and red velvet cupcakes
vanilla cupcakes

Well that’s just about it for now. I hope you’ve enjoyed my update and will consider Tasty Gorgeous Cakes and Bakes for your next event – I can cater to all tastes, dietary requirements and budgets, plus I am currently offering 10% off all orders until the end of May – just quote reference: TGBlog when ordering :) See you next time…the 5ith is fast approaching… ;)
